Buffalo Veggie Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of Veggie Valley Chicken Wings
  • 1 cup of buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup of plant-based butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Celery sticks and vegan ranch dressing for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare Sauce: In a bowl, mix together buffalo sauce, melted plant-based butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat Wings: Place Veggie Valley Chicken Wings in a large mixing bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce mixture over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Bake: Arrange the coated wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and heated through.
