Plant based Soya Tikka

Description

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of Veggie Valley Chicken Pieces
  • 1 cup plain plant-based yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro and lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Marinate Chicken: In a bowl, combine plant-based yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, garam masala, salt, and pepper. Add Veggie Valley Chicken Pieces and mix well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Grill Chicken: Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers. Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and slightly charred.
  4. Serve: Garnish with fresh cilantro and lemon wedges. Serve hot.
